2.1 Nature of Tours
ShiroMeow tours are primarily walking tours and may include travel via public transport such as MRT or buses.
Public transport fares are not included unless specified.
Guests should be prepared for:

Outdoor conditions including sun, heat, humidity, or sudden rain

Standing for extended periods

2.2 Weather Policy (Rain or Shine)
Singapore’s weather can change quickly.
ShiroMeow tours operate rain or shine except in cases of unsafe or adverse conditions such as:

Any condition deemed unsafe by the guide
To ensure comfort and safety, guests are encouraged to bring:

If we must cancel a tour before it begins due to dangerous weather, guests may choose a full refund or a rescheduled date.

2.5 Cancellation by Guests
To maintain fairness and operational consistency:

More than 72 hours before tour: Full refund or one-time reschedule

72 to 24 hours before tour: 50% refund or one-time reschedule

Less than 24 hours before tour or no-show: No refund
2.6 Cancellations or Changes by ShiroMeow
We may cancel or modify a tour due to:

Adverse weather

Safety concerns

Guide availability issues

Operational or unforeseen circumstances
If cancellation occurs prior to the start of the tour, guests may choose a full refund or a rescheduled date.
This constitutes our maximum liability.
2.7 Punctuality
Guests are advised to arrive 10–15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Tours begin promptly. Late arrivals may not be able to join once the group has moved, and will be treated as a no-show.
2.8 Guest Responsibilities
By joining a tour, guests agree to:

Tours are provided “as is,” based on conditions at the time of the experience.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect weather, or availability of all listed attractions, as some locations may be closed or inaccessible due to reasons beyond our control.
2.12 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law:
